ZapStudio is an AI-powered video creation platform designed to enable creators to produce faceless video content for YouTube and other digital platforms. Our Service leverages artificial intelligence technologies to automate and streamline the video production process.
IMPORTANT: ZapStudio is a Content Creation Tool, Not a Content Host
ZapStudio provides tools to generate and compile video content. We are NOT a content hosting platform or publisher. When you use our YouTube integration:
- Videos are uploaded directly to YOUR YouTube channel
- YOU are the publisher and remain solely responsible for all published content
- Any copyright strikes, community guideline violations, or legal claims go to YOU as the channel owner
- ZapStudio CANNOT remove content from your YouTube channel after upload
The Service provides:
- AI Script Generation: Generate video scripts, titles, descriptions, and tags
- AI Image Generation: Create custom images, thumbnails, and visual assets
- AI Voice Generation: Convert scripts into natural-sounding voiceovers
- AI Video Generation: Generate video content with motion, transitions, and effects
- Video Compilation: Assemble assets into complete, ready-to-publish videos
- YouTube Integration: Seamless video uploads and channel management
2.2 Third-Party AI Providers
The Service utilises third-party AI providers including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google (Gemini), and Microsoft Azure. By using the Service, you acknowledge your content will be transmitted to these providers for processing.
3. Account Registration
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original content you provide to the Service. For AI-generated content, you receive a license to use such content subject to AI Provider terms and applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include creating illegal, harmful, or infringing content, and attempting to circumvent service limitations.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features are available through subscription plans or credit purchases. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAPSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
